Online: Visit the online shop and use our Configurator at www.qubing.de Your order confirmation will be sent to you immediately via email.
On the phone: We will be happy to receive your order from you personally over the phone (+49 (0)89 651 292 30) and we will send you an order confirmation via email.
Per Fax: Send us a scale drawing of the shelf system you want and we will calculate the amount of panels you will need and send you an order confirmation via email.

Payments with AMEX, VISA, EUROCARD are handled via the PayPal account.
We deliver within 10 working days. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your delivery in that time.
You will receive a separate email containing a tracking code for UPS deliveries. A suitable delivery date and time can be arranged on the phone if your delivery is handled by a freight carrier.
You can check he status of your order at any time via your customer account.
Yes you can! Please arrange a collection date and time by phone; we will be happy to welcome you at our warehouse in 84544 Aschau am Inn, Thann 17.
We use UPS for deliveries up to 100 kg (that will come to about 5 parcels). UPS will deliver straight to your door, and will do three delivery attempts. Should the third attempt fail, then your delivery will be brought to a UPS location near you, where you can collect it. You will find a notification to that effect in your letterbox.
Freight carrier delivery
We use a freight carrier for deliveries over 100 kg. You will be contacted well in advance of the delivery date and can arrange a specific time. The goods will be delivered to the curb only.
Shipping costs for national and European deliveries are automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping cart. Please contact us for any orders outside Europe.
We use three parcel sizes and differentiate between five shipping zones:
Up to 01 kg, 01 panel or accessories
Up to 06 kg, 05 panels with accessories
Up to 11 kg, 10 panels with accessories
Up to 18 kg, 17 panels with accessories

You can return your qubing modular shelving system within 14 days of receipt if it is not how you imagined it to be – no questions asked.
We do whatever we can to ensure the very best quality, but sometimes things can get damaged.
Please notify us immediately.
Please take a photograph of any visible damage to the packaging and point out the damage to the delivery person where possible. In that case you will add a note of accepting the delivery with reservations when signing for it.
It would be very helpful if you would send the order number and the reason for your complaint with photos (please make sure to also take pictures of the packaging) via email to email@example.com. We will then get back to you right away.
